ShareDECISION TEXAS TOUR 2017 THOUGHTS AND NOTES
Attending the Decision Texas, Lone Star Tour reception was a real blessing as I was inspired, encouraged, shocked, and saddened by the things Franklin Graham had to say. He showed us videos of the horrendous flood in Houston caused by Hurricane Harvey. He showed the many people working to help the people who lost everything in that storm. They prayed for, cleaned, fed, and comforted those suffering from such great loss. Franklin Graham said that Samaritans Purse would be there for about three years helping people.
Franklin Graham showed videos of their relief work in Puerto Rico, Dominica, and Barbuda and said most of the home were leveled especially in Barbuda where all the homes were destroyed. The devastation is unbelievable.
He said that they had a request from the United Nations headquarters to set up a field hospital eleven miles from Mosel in Iraq. Isis has killed and maimed so many people in Mosel there was a great need for a hospital as there were none available for these poor injured people. Refugees were fleeing Mosel heading into the desert to get away from the bloodshed and the Isis sharp shooters were targeting the children of the refuges killing and maiming them. LITTLE CHILDREN! It took thirty days to set up the hospital and staff it. There were sixty doctors and nurses on duty 24/7 and operated on more than four thousand people that fled Mosel trying to get away from Isis. The hospital compound was in shelling distance from Mosel so they had to erect a fifteen foot concrete blast wall around the ten acre hospital compound with solid steel gates and was guarded by the Kurds. Franklin Graham said that there were children screaming and crying, some had lost arms, legs, eyes, shot in the head and the doctors were relentless in helping these children. He asked all of us to pray hard for these people.
The Florida Keys was one of the areas hard hit by the hurricanes of recent date. This area is heavily homosexually dominated. There were people who were homosexual who suffered damage and lost their homes. The Samaritans Purse disaster relief chaplains prayed with and for these people and some surrendered to Christ. Praise the Lord!
Samaritans Purse and the BGEA are constantly helping people all over the world and have invitations from governments such as North Vietnam to go preach to them. They have a wounded warrior camp in Alaska and have helped hundreds of veterans and their husbands or wives to reconcile their marriages and show them how they can still live productive lives. Hundreds have received Christ through that program.
Pray for Samaritans Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association! I think it is amazing that none of what they do ever is reported in the news. God just continues to use them and bless them daily! They set a great example for all Christians showing that if we work together more can be done in serving our Lord Jesus Christ.
Continue to pray for our nation that it will turn back to God!

DECISION TEXAS THE LONE STAR TOUR with FRANKLIN GRAHAM
I thank God for His many blessings as He is most generous. I am happy to announce that Samaritans Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association are hosting the “DECISION TEXAS: THE LONE STAR TOUR” as they hold their event in San Antonio, Texas this coming Sunday, October 15, 2017. They are holding events in seven cities in Texas in the month of October. They are pushing hard to reach the unsaved. Please pray that many will turn to Jesus Christ during these events.
The Billy Graham Association is probably the first organization to utilize the internet evangelism to spread the gospel of Christ. They started their internet evangelism in 1994.
My wife and I have been supporters of Samaritans Purse for years and now we have been blessed with a special invitation to join Franklin Graham for a private reception prior to the Lone Star Tour event in San Antonio, Texas. I cannot express, fully, my gratitude for such a wonderful opportunity to meet Franklin Graham and hear him share the gospel message to the people of the San Antonio, Texas area. Again I urge everyone to pray to Jesus Christ for this event to successfully reach the unsaved.

GODS GARDEN OF EDEN TODAY
The bible says that God created a garden in Eden and put Adam in it. He then created all the trees. In the middle of the trees is where God put the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Genesis 2:8-9 The LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed. And out of the ground the LORD God made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food. The tree of life was also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
God also gave Adam the job of taking care of the garden. The bible does not say how long Adam was alone in the garden but it must have been lengthy because of all the things Adam had to do. All was done before Eve was given unto him. Adam was still alone when God gave him the command that he could eat of all the trees in the garden with the exception of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. God told Adam he would die if he ate of it. So Adam was aware of all the trees in the garden including the tree of life and the tree of death. Why he ignored the tree of life is a very good question! He was aware of it long before Eve was created.
The very essence of how Adam perceived the tree of life is very much like how mankind perceives eternal life today! They know it is there and that it gives life, but like Adam they are not interested. Mankind indulges in the sins and evil ways of the world (tree of the knowledge of good and evil) because they choose to do so; they are guilty of disobeying God and come under the death penalty. Those who choose life and confess that they are sinners, submitting to Jesus Christ and receiving Him into their lives are given the gift of eternal life. Their sins are forgiven, past, present, and future through the shed blood of Jesus on the cross. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. The tree of life represents Jesus Christ!
Genesis 2:15-17 Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
Adam and Eve saw the trees in the garden every day, and I still ask myself, “Why did they not want to eat of the tree of life”? The serpent really fooled them when he said they would not die but would know all about good and evil just like God does. They didn’t know that their disobedient act would condemn all mankind to the death penalty. (Remember that people who are deceived don’t know they are deceived!) Adam and Eve were driven out of the garden so they could not eat of the tree of life and live forever. Genesis 2:22-23 Then the LORD God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever” — therefore the LORD God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken.
Now God sent His only Son down to the earth to take on the flesh of mankind (though He was still fully God) to suffer on the cross as the supreme blood sacrifice; and, by His grace, do away with the sins of the world and to die in our place so that He could freely give us His gift of eternal life. That is how great God’s love is for us! John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Now is the time of salvation! Don’t keep following the sinful, evil ways of the world! Follow the “way, the truth, and the life” through Jesus Christ!
Dear heavenly Father I come praying for the many still living in sin in this world and ask that you would draw them to Christ as the truth of salvation is shared with them through the multitude of ways you have made available in this technical age by television, radio, Media, satellite, and the internet in the Christian churches today. There are still billions of people in this world who need to be saved and only You can make it possible. Open the doors of salvation to the unsaved of the world! Father You deserve all the glory! In Jesus name I pray, amen!
THE SON GIVES LIFE
John 5:21-24 For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will. “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.
Great God in heaven the world is full of people who are still under the death penalty and need the saving grace of Jesus who being totally sinless died on the cross in their place so that they may have life. Open their hearts to receive the glorious salvation of Jesus Christ. In Jesus name, Amen!

The clean pure moral lifestyle that citizens of this great nation have enjoyed and practiced for over 240 years is under attack. Below is an excerpt from post in Franklin Graham’s Facebook account. The enemy has started a program of indoctrinating our children with their vile agenda. The people who are doing this do not know Jesus Christ and what He teaches. This is a perfect example of what believers of Jesus Christ need to be praying about. The unsaved of the world need Jesus’ salvation. The unsaved are susceptible to the evil influences and works of the Devil and the only recourse we have to stop the Devil is to pray for the gospel of Jesus to reach into the hearts of the unsaved and stop this wicked practice assaulting our society especially our children.

Planned Parenthood’s true colors are showing. They’re in the news this time because their website gives “guidelines” that instruct parents to teach their children, even preschoolers, that “your genitals don’t make you a boy or a girl.” They want to introduce the concept of transgender identity to a younger and younger audience—pushing the LGBTQ agenda.
God has already told us in His word what these people have become because they chose the Devil instead of Christ! They are weak and unable to control themselves and are easily swayed by the enemy of mankind. God has allowed people to make their own choices in life and He has set before us the choice of life or death. Choose life and live eternally! God wants to give His people great rewards even to the sharing of His throne with us. That is one awesome promise!!
For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them. — Romans 1:26-32
The bible says that just as it was in the days of Noah so shall it be in the end times.
Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. —Genesis 6:5
God stirs up His righteousness in believers to accomplish His agenda by instituting a special day for the purpose of praying for the unsaved. Therefore: International Network of Online Evangelists has announced the first ever “International Day of Prayer For The unsaved—2017” to start on August 20, 2017, just 12 more days from now. This is a worldwide event! Please, take a minimum of just 5 minutes or however long your heart desires for this most important counterattack against Satan the Devil. Will you join us in the most powerful prayer engagement in history made possible by, ”the blessing of the internet” making the world accessible?

JESUS’S UNSURPASSED LOVE
Do you know who God is? Do you know what His purpose for creation is? What is the greatest thing about God? It would take the whole bible to thoroughly answer these questions so we will only cover some very important high points.
If you have yet to receive Christ into your life then all these points are of the utmost importance to you and your family!
The first thing we learn about God in Genesis 1:1 He was there from the beginning and that He created the heavens and the earth. But does it say who He is? This is better explained in other passages of the bible. In John 1:1-4 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
The apostle John talks about the Word and that Word was Jesus Christ.
In other scripture we learn what God is like and the most important characteristic about Him. Very plainly He is the epitome of love. 1 John 4:8, 16 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
God even emphasizes how important love is.
1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Let make sure we understand that Gods love and the love defined by the world are totally different. The love of the world is sensual, emotional, self seeking, lustful, and covetous. God’s love is explained this way. John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. This is exactly what God did when He sent His Son to die in our place on the cross. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Jesus loved all men so much He willingly gave His life for us that we might live.
Galatians 1: 3-5 Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
We have now come to the most important part!
If you have never asked Jesus to come into your life take the time, now, find a private place and ask God to help you understand what being saved is all about. He, in all His love, will show you the way. Trust Him! Believe Him! Accept Him! He is ready with all His heart to give you His greatest gift. His GRACE! It is undeserved pardon for all your sins past, present, and future. You will be a new holy creation for God the Father and your citizenship will immediately be in heaven.
2 Corinthians 6:2 For He says: ” In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
Don’t wait any longer for Jesus is at the door waiting to come in!
2 Thessalonians 3:5 Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.

You will be given a high position in heaven. Revelation 3:12 He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God
You will receive eternal life! Revelation 2:7 I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.
God be praised! Join Him, surrender your life to Jesus Christ and be saved, share His everlasting retirement benefits.
